Feasibility Study
A new limestone and clay tile roof fraternity house takes its cues from the existing Whitestone townhouses on the property and the Mediterranean style buildings on the UT Austin campus. The house was allowed to be built on the property line because it complies with the University Neighborhood Overlay and Austin Green Energy Building.
